The Max Card is a discount card for families of children with additional needs up to the age of 25.
Families simply show their Max Card upon entry to a venue in order to obtain free or discounted admission
The scheme is designed to help these families save money on great days out at castles, zoos, bowling alleys and more
Cards can be used at participating venues across the UK, visit the Max Card website for more info: www.mymaxcard.co.uk
The card is the property of the child, so in order to obtain the discount, the child must be present. In many cases, the discount is extended to carers and accompanying family members, but this varies between the venues. Venues reserve the right to ask for proof of identity upon presentation of the card.
Once you have made your purchase please email us at post@ryedalespecialfamilies.org.uk evidence of disability - please note we will not be able to dispatch your card without having received your evidence Evidence could be in the form of a GP letter, hospital report or DLA award. It needs to clearly show the child's name and address and be dated within the last 12 months
